TOPIC: Animate It! doesn't work on android chrome browser

Hi, when I use animate it! in my joomla site new.klinker.com.ar, it doesn't work on android chrome browser (it should work on scroll down), but it does when I use an incognito tab, there it works just fine.
Can you please help me, or tell me what am I doing wrong.

I just checked www.new.klinker.com.ar and I am getting Connection times out error.

Based on your issue, If the animations are loading fine in Incognito mode, believe the problem might be cached pages stored on your Chrome.
Try clearing the cache and reload the page.

Hallo. Animateit is not working neither in chrome in pc or in a smart phone. I have tested under linux, windows 7 & windows 10. It works fine in IE and Firefox. I have tested to three different computers and I have clean the cache as you have suggested before.
Can you please suggest me a way that we can solve the problem?

Thank you for using Animate It!.
Regarding the issue, It looks like you are not using the latest version of the plugin. Please install the latest version of the plugin from here: downloads.eleopard.in/animate-it-download.html.
Also if you are using some kind of caching in Joomla, please refresh the cache first.

I am really sorry for give you so much trouble. I did what you told me to do, but there is no change. I forgot to tell you that this happens only to modules. The classes that I have put in the k2 items works fine.

I checked the website www.cosmotaxi.gr on my Android phone, Chrome, and all the modules load perfectly.
The longer modules are loading after a while, you can resolve this by setting the Scroll Offset to 1 in Settings > Animate It! > Scroll Offset (in percentage)
