I see a big quality difference between same image on Behance and my website, take a look on the details of glass, jewelry... I attach a screenshot with both windows (I had to compress it a lot in order to upload it, without compression is much more visible)

You are right. I cannot see much difference with the compressed image.
The thing is, we get all the project images from Behance itself, and do not process it, or compress it in any way.
So ideally the images should all look the same.

I took the screenshots off both and found no change apart from a difference in size of images:
