TOPIC: my scroll bar stopped working

Hi I am new to animate. It works at the beginning for 3 seconds and then I am unable to scroll, and only works if I drag the scroll bar on the side. It works on Internet Explorer but not Google Chrome.

Thanks for using the Animate It!
I checked groceryinnovations.cfig.ca/why-visit on both Chrome and Firefox, and the scrolling is working fine for me.
I was successfully able to scroll from top to the bottom of the page without any issues.

Please let me know in case I am missing something here.
