TOPIC: Joomla 3.8 install package pkg_edsanimate_2.1.7

Attempting to install the pkg_edsanimate_2.1.7.zip package on a multiple Joomla 3.8 sites produce no errors however, the installer just hangs.

It appears the following packages do install:
plg_content_edsanimate.zip
plg_editors-xtd_edsanimate.zip
plg_system_edsanimate.zip

But the com_edsanimate.zip just hangs, never giving an error.

This happens on 3 different sites.

Thank you for your interest in Animate It! plugin.
Regarding the issue, we have tested the plugin with latest Joomla version and it is getting installed successfully.

The reason might be the server configuration. Could you please let us know the PHP version of your server?

Also for your information. com_edsanimate.zip is a self destructing component. It is used to install and activate the other three plugins and then get destroyed itself. you will not find it in your website once the installation complete.
