TOPIC: Cannot add project - error message

I am trying to add a project in PM but when I add the project # and search I get the message 'Unable to retrieve Project from Behance.'
I have checked everything and the project is public.

That would help us look closely into the matter.

Regarding the issue, we did some analysis. The issue is might be due to any of the following reasons:
1. PHP Version running on your Server.
2. PHP CURL module is enabled or disabled on your Server.

Could you please check the above settings at your end or provide us the cpanel access to your server so that we will do the testing.
